Program

The Fourth Judicial Recovery Drug Court program is an intensive 18 month program for non-violent felony offenders with a substance abuse problem. Through the combined efforts of the criminal court judge, prosecutor, public defender, law enforcement officials, probation/parole/community corrections officers, treatment professionals, and other community agencies, offenders who desire to change their lives are assisted in achieving their goals.
